1. SO Inquiry
User can search for sales order here by filing in information like SO number, PO number, SO Creation Date, Code, Customer Name, Distributor Name and Status.
2. DO Inquiry
User can search for delivery orders here by filing in information like DO number, Delivery Date, Customer, Distributor and Status.
3. Lorry Inquiry
User can search for registered or previously registered lorries here.
4. Distributor Inquiry
User can manage debtors here. User need to select a company to see the debtor names. To print, user need to click on the Print All Acknowledgement Copy.
To view Debtor information, user need to click on the particular debtor from the list and view their information like debtor info, debtor address and branch debtor management.
5. Transporter Inquiry
User can enquire about transporters in this page. To search for transporters, user need to type the driver’s code or transporter name.
If the user wants to view the transporter details, click on any particular transporter on the list and you can view the details. User can also preview unconfirmed DO’s by clicking on the button.
6. Location Inquiry
User can manage locations here. To view, user need to click on one particular location from the list. User can search for locations using few options given which are Country, Region. Sub-region, State and District.
