1. Awaiting Submission

In Rebates by PO page, there are three views (top navigation buttons) that are available on this page. They are: 

  • Awaiting Submission (To raise and submit new rebate request for specific orders) 
  • Awaiting Approval (Approve rebate request for the orders) 
  • Inquiry (Search for past PO-rebates request) 

 

2. Inquiry

  • Under Inquiry tab, user needs to select any distributor name. 
  • A new page will appear for user to view or edit the rebate details. 
  • There are also ten views under Inquiry tab: 

        - Rebate Details 

        - Attachments 

        - SO

        - Approvals 

        - Customer 

        - Distributor 

        - PO

        - PS

        - DO

        - History
